Assembly of cross frame

To make your cross frame perfectly perpendicular to the longitudinal rails, after installing the cross frame wheels, loosen the side wheels on both sides of the cross frame. Secure one side of the cross frame with the clamping lever and adjust the entire cross frame so that it is perpendicular to the parallel rails. Check the squareness on both sides of the cross frame. Then tighten the opposite side of the cross frame with the second clamping lever. Push all 4 side wheels on the cross frame as far as possible to the aluminum profile and tighten them. If everything is set correctly, the cross frame has no play when pushed to either side and moves smoothly along the parallel rails. Check the squareness of the cross frame assembly before tightening the screws using a square.
