To adjust TOT! router carriage, loosen the side wheels on both sides.
Insert the M8 T-slot nut into the slot.
Set the trolley so that the distance of the edge of the trolley for all four side wheels is the same from the aluminum profiles and secure one side of the trolley with the clamping lever.
Push all 4 side wheels on the cross frame as far as possible to the aluminum profile and tighten them.
If everything is set up correctly, the carriage has no backlash when pushed to either side and moves smoothly along the rails.
To make your cross frame square to the parallel rails, loosen the side wheels on both sides of the cross frame.
Lock one side of the cross frame with a clamping lever and set the entire cross frame to be square to the parallel rails.
Check the rectangularity on both sides of the cross frame.
Then tighten the opposite side of the cross frame with a second clamping lever.
Push all 4 side wheels on the cross frame as far as possible to the parallel rails and tighten them.
If everything is set up correctly, the cross frame does not wobble at all when pushed to either side and moves smoothly along the parallel rails.
