Adjust each cross profile so that it exceeds the outer side of the parallel profile by 50 mm
From one side of the 40×40 angle bracket, break off 2 protrusions that lean against the wall of the profile and point perpendicularly to its groove.
Insert screws with T head into the groove of the transverse profile and into the lower groove of the longitudinal profile and put the angle bracket on them so that the 2 protrusions of the angle bracket fit into the groove of the transverse profile.
Place collar nuts on the screws, check the squareness of the profiles at the joint, and tighten both collar nuts firmly.
When assembling the TOT! Self-supporting frame and TOT! Flattening table, regardless of the overall dimensions of the flattening table, place the cross profiles according to a simple rule – place the end cross profiles at both ends approximately 250 mm from the ends of the longitudinal profiles. Place the remaining cross profiles so that there is the same distance between all cross profiles.
