Adjust each cross profile so that it exceeds the outer side of the parallel profile by 50 mm
Place the cross profiles on the workbench and place the longitudinal profiles on them as shown in the picture.
Check the squareness between the cross and longitudinal profiles and the spacing of the cross profiles.
The overlap of each cross profile is 50mm on each side of the longitudinal profile – see video.
Insert M8 nuts with a spring into the grooves.
From one side of the 40×40 angle, break off 2 protrusions that rest against the wall of the profile and point perpendicular to its groove.
Insert the angle into the groove of the cross profile so that the 2 protrusions of the angle fit into the groove of the cross profile.
Insert M8x16m screws into the nuts and tighten them firmly.
